Children's Privacy Notice (for parents and guardians)

Kid mode is for children under 14 to use with a parent or guardian's consent and supervision. Before switching it on, please confirm that you are the child's parent or legal guardian.

What information about your child we handle

• What your child says (recordings): only used to turn speech into text, and deleted as soon as it is transcribed — we do not keep recordings.
• The questions your child asks and the videos made from them: kept in your account, and only your account can see them.
• We do not collect your child's name, photo, age, school, location or other identifying information.

Your rights

• You can view or delete any video your child made at any time from parent mode; deleting your account deletes everything.
• In "Kid settings" you can limit time and the number of videos per day, or require your approval before each video is made.

How we keep your child safe

• Every request is first checked for whether it suits a child; unsuitable topics are not made. Each script is reviewed again for content safety before the voice-over is recorded.
• Kid mode has no payments, deleting or editing; leaving kid mode needs a parent check.

If you have questions, or want to access, correct or delete your child's information, email support@yiwenyike.com (mention "children's information" in the subject). We will reply within 15 business days.
